- We accept all major US credit cards. You will receive an email confirmation after checkout with your order details.
- PayPal is available on most products. You can use PayPal even if you don’t have an account, use “Checkout as Guest”.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Same Day Shipping cut-off time: 12PM Pacific.
- Missed the cut-off time? Your order will ship the next business day.
- We ship Monday through Friday. All orders with a U.S. shipping address will be offered a free shipping option. If you would like to use an expedited option, we offer multiple 1/2/3 day shipping methods that can be applied during checkout. The cost varies on each method but we do our best to keep them as low as possible.
- We offer worldwide shipping on hundreds of products across our catalog. However, due to the nature of our business many products are restricted from export. These products will not be sold to customers located outside of the USA.
- International shipping rates are based on current USPS Priority Mail International pricing.
- Milspec Retail is not responsible for any import fees or taxes.
- APO/FPO should contact us directly for shipping info. Restrictions can be item-specific.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Our return system is very simple and easy to use. All products in unused condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Looking to exchange your purchase for another item we carry? To make an exchange, simply create a return for the item(s) you no longer wish to keep and place a new order for the item(s) you will like instead.

- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped or entered the shipping stream. If your order has already been processed, it may not eligible for a cancelation. You will still be able to claim a refund by making a free return.
