PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major US credit cards. You will receive an email confirmation after checkout with your order details.
Please ensure you have entered your billing details exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to prevent any fulfillment delays.
We only accept orders with a US billing address. We do not currently accept international billing addresses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Important: We are no longer accepting returns. All sales are now final. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Same Day Shipping cut-off time: 1:00 PM Pacific / 4 PM Eastern.
We ship Monday through Friday. Legal holidays and some other calendar days are excluded. Check our updates page for the latest holiday closures.
Most small items ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Large or bulky items ship FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or similar carriers. If you have a carrier preference, you can specify it in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping on hundreds of products across our catalog. However, due to the nature of our business many products are restricted from export. These products will not be sold to customers located outside of the USA.
International shipping rates are based on current USPS Priority Mail International pricing.
Milspec Retail is not responsible for any import fees or taxes.
APO/FPO should contact us directly for shipping info. Restrictions can be item-specific.
CANCELATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped or entered the shipping stream. If your order has already been processed, it may not be eligible for a cancelation. You can still claim a refund by making a free return.

If you are representing an agency, department, or purchasing entity please submit a request for a price quote with your purchasing requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our rates are highly competitive.
