HOW IT WORKS

RETURN PROCESSED

Inbound customer return is received, order and return details are logged and inventory is processed.

PRODUCT REVIEW

Returned products undergo a rigorous multi-point review by a customer experience specialist.

3.

CONDITION GRADING

Reviewed product receives a condition grade, based on multiple criteria, detailed below in our grading scale.

4.

LISTED FOR RESALE

Inspected, reviewed and graded product is approved for resale and listed to the Garage.

CERTIFIED INSPECTED

All products sold in the Garage come with a certification sticker attached to them, so you know your item has been physically reviewed and processed by our customer experience team.

PRODUCT CONDITION GRADING SCALE

1. EXCELLENT
  • Open Box
  • Recent or Current Model
  • Like New
  • No visible blemishes or color offsets
  • No carbon buildup
  • Apparel items have no fraying or visible indications of use.
  • Fully functional
  • Usually in original packaging
2. GOOD
  • Open Box
  • Recent or Current Model
  • Minor indications of use
  • Light to minor scratches, such as install scratches
  • Little to no carbon buildup
  • Threading on bolts and nuts may have indications of being installed
  • Apparel items will have light fraying, and some indications of imperfect factory finishes, for example, a slight indication of coating issues from the manufacturer.
  • These items may or may not have any blemishes or color offsets (anodizing discoloration) that are visible to the naked eye.
  • Fully functional
  • May or may not be in original packaging
3. FAIR
  • Open Box
  • Previous, recent, or current model.
  • Heavy evidence of being used
  • May have some missing materials or non-essential components.
  • Manufacturing blemishes.
  • Visible scratches
  • Apparel items will have fraying or evidence of being worn and used.
  • Threading on bolts and nuts may have indications of being installed.
  • Some indications of imperfect factory finishes, for example, a slight indication of coating issues from the manufacturer.
  • Blemishes or color offsets (anodizing discoloration) that are visible to the naked eye.
  • Fully functional.
  • Most likely not in their original packaging.
