Black Rain Ordnance SPEC15 16″ 5.56 Complete Upper Receiver

The Black Rain Ordnance SPEC15 complete upper receiver comes fully assembled and ready to drop on any AR-15 lower. It features a forged aluminum upper receiver and a 16″ 4150 Chromoly carbine length gas barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. The handguard is a standard M4 drop-in handguard with an A2 fixed front sight with a bayonet lug. The upper receiver features a hard coat anodized finish and the “Let It Rain” dust cover. A bolt carrier group and charging handle are included.
