Great service, fast shipping. Pouch is well made but not overdone - what I expected based on the materials listed and price point. Size is perfect for my needs. I intend to use this as a small blowout kit carried inside a cargo pocket. Holds a 4” Israeli dressing perfectly inside the large slot on the rear side. Height just fits a decompression needle in its case in one of the sets of side loops. Mine also had an NPA, Frog tape, quickclot, mini sharpie, and nitrile gloves. This would not hold a chest seal without folding. If you’re the person who wants to cram everything into your IFAK, get something larger. This is low profile enough to work on a battle belt or plate carrier and not be in there way, but since it doesn’t have a removable insert, be sure to place it where you can reach everything inside. Overall, perfect for what it is supposed to do.

Ordered and was on my doorstep in 2 days. Coyote tactical makes awesome gear and this perfectly fits as part of my med on the side of my plate carrier.
