The DStac Med pouch is a tear away pouch designed to carry a CAT/SOFTTW and (up to) a 6″ Isreali bandage, with additional storage inside the pouch for small items.
- Secured with Velcro as well as a buckle closure
- Top flap has loop Velcro for attachment of medical patches.
- Measures approximately 7″ x 3″ x 3″
- Stores TQ behind elastic external bands
- Requires mounting hardware

Pouch is perfect for my armor, exactly what I wanted!

Love it! Perfectly fits a sharpie, pen light, NPA, quick clot, a few Tylenol, mini Neosporin packets, compression bandage, gauze, small roll of tape, decompression needle, two chest seals and a tourniquet in the exterior bungees. Which is all your ifak needs. My one complaint is I can’t mount it horizontal easily on my battle belt set up with the molle loops. Although you can mount it vertically. But i love it regardless!
