- The Hammer, Trigger & Disconnector are precision machined from S7 tool steel with a proprietary sear manufacturing process that yields an incredibly smooth engagement surface and all parts are then case hardened before Black Oxide finish.
- The CNC machined Aluminum cassette has adjustment set screws built-in that allows the user to set perfect pin tension and the trigger can be installed with standard pins or the threaded screw types seen in previous designs.

$59.60The LANTAC RPS™ Ratchet Plate System removes the necessity to stake castle nuts in place after fitting. It also provides a QD Sling attachment point directly below the buffer tube. It utilizes a one-piece designed ratcheted tooth and arm, machined directly into the anti-rotation plate itself. The enhanced castle nut has an aggressive grip pattern and radially machined grooves that register with the spring-like arm and tooth on the plate, causing the nut to be retained in place. The nut cannot vibrate loose through firing but can be removed through the use of an armorers wrench if necessary. The teeth and grooves are all internally facing so they cannot be accidentally damaged.

Lantac USA CP-R360 Cam Bin – Brass Finish

$28.55The CP-R360™ Cam Pin has no moving parts to break or lock up. Machined from 17-4 PH Stainless Steel and hardened to H900 (45RC Approx), its head is polished for a super smooth finish.
- The cam pins circular head has a single flat face machined into it at the front so that it can be inserted into any bolt carrier without having to remove the gas key.
- Two further flats are machined at 90 degrees to the front face that assists in reducing internal wear to the cam channel.
- The unique domed head allows the cam pin to operate in a completely different position to a traditional pin, with the radius of the head curving away from the receivers internal surface, rather than forming a hard or sharp edge on its upper corner that causes wear.
- Finished in its natural hardened state, copper/brass color.
- NOTE: Works on all Mil-Spec BCGs, 556 ONLY

$38.99The UFA-S is precision swiss lathe turned & manufactured from certified 4140 Cr-Mo steel, giving improvements to strength, corrosion resistance and durability over the original materials.
- Parts are all heat treated to 48-52 Rc (Rockwell C). In addition, all parts are QPQ (Quench Polish Quench) Nitrided for improved corrosion resistance and enhanced lifespan.
- The main Plunger spring is manufactured with the improvement of Stainless 316 music wire (as per ASTM A313) for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- Closed-end coils are also used rather than the original open ends for improved seating and alignment. Springs are stress relieved and air-cooled.The Plunger Detent Spring is improved and manufactured from Zinc plated music wire (as per ASTM A288) for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- Springs are all stress relieved as per the mil specification.
- The assembly is retained within the upper receiver with an improved spiral design pin as opposed to a slotted version for increased strength and durability. Pins are fully certified by the manufacturer.
- The design of the Cap has been improved by reducing its diameter and snagging potential, creating a more streamline surface flow when assembled into the upper receiver.
- Exterior surface knurling around the cap’s edge allows for positive engagement with a gloved or naked hand while removing the circular ridge that exists on the current design.
- The weight of the assembly has also been improved to 20.227g (.7135oz) from 22.481g (.7930oz).
